Warranty / Guarantee
- All RED Boards and Wings carry a 1 year manufactures warranty.
- If goods are faulty and not repairable we will either exchange it for you or give you a full refund.
- Wear and tear, heat damage, wing damage and freight are not covered.
- All claims need to be submitted for acceptance and a RA number is issued when successful.
- We are a New Zealand company so all our Kiwi customers are also protected by the Consumer Guarantees Act. That's the Law, BOOM!
- Shipping dates displayed are our best estimates and you can track your purchase at all times.
Group Deals - Minimum Requirement to Kickstart a Group Deal...
We know it’s disappointing when a deal does not make it to fully funded. So we will do our best to combine our deals at our factory to meet minimum production run viability. We want to get you your gear as fast as possible too! So if there is any way to make the deal happen, we will find it!
Pre Order Deals
Our production schedule has cutoff dates so Pre Order deals align precisely with those dates. We do our best to ensure everyone understands this.
Once productions is complete we then ship the products.
If any delays arise we will let everyone know.
