What Is the ParaHEX?

The ParaHEX is a parawing concept born out of a simple obsession: building something that genuinely changes how wingfoilers experience the water. Engineered for power, precision, and control in real-world conditions, the ParaHEX is designed for riders who want more from their gear — and from themselves.

This isn't vaporware. The design work is real, the thinking is deep, and the passion behind it is 100% New Zealand.

Where Things Stand

Like many small-batch hardware projects right now, the ParaHEX has hit a pause. Global trade uncertainties — shifting tariffs, supply chain disruptions, and unpredictable import conditions — have made it the wrong moment to commit to a production run.

We're being honest about that, because we respect your time and your trust.

What we're not doing is walking away. The concept continues to be refined right here in New Zealand, and we're watching the landscape closely. When the conditions are right, we'll move — and we'll move fast.

The Concept

The ParaHEX is being developed in three sizes to suit a range of riders and conditions. The kit is designed to be complete and ready to ride — no hunting for extra parts, no compromises.

Every detail is being considered with the NZ rider in mind: our wind, our water, our style.
